I'm pretty sure that the problem is not the internet connection as it works just fine with my other devices like our phones, ipads and my brother's laptop. My Wi-Fi always gets disconnected to the network and whenever I troubleshoot it says it couldn't find the problem. Sometimes it says the wi-fi adapter is disabled or disconnected. Sometimes when I reset the wi-fi it connects again but after some couple of minutes, it disconnects again. and then when i tried to restart the laptop it had an error saying error_driver_power_state_failure. i dont understand, this device is less than two weeks old! please help this gives me trouble. This always happens especially when I'm on zoom, teams meeting. Send help.
