Hello friends, i want to upgrade the ram of my laptop. But what i am wondering is if i add 16gb ram, will my computer run? Which ram should I buy? Have a great day!
CPU: i5-10210U
RAM: 4GB Onboard + 4 GB 2666 MHZ CL19 RAM
SSD: 256 GB m2 SSD

Hi,
You can upgrade up to 12GB(4GB onboard+8GB) with DDR4 2666MHz JEDEC profile RAM in this model, avoid any modules with XMP profile, like Kingston HyperX or Corsair modules.

Hi,
You have to try it at your own risk because I couldn't find anyone installed a 16GB module in this model, buy the 16GB 2666MHz RAM from a retailer with a good returns policy, like Amazon and if the memory doesn't work, you can return it for a 8GB replacement.
