Nitro 5 Synaptics touchpad? have a laptop with a Synaptics driver, what model is it?

TL;DR: if you have a laptop with a Synaptics driver, what model is it? 

Hello, there. 

So, I'm a physically disabled guy in a rough spot. Due to my extreme limitations, the only touchpad I can use is Synaptics. It seems like they've been all but phased out over the years. 

My current, ancient computer is about to die, and I need a new one yesterday. I was overjoyed to see that the Helios 500 had Synaptics drivers on the download page. But of course, it seems sold out everywhere. 

The Nitro 5 is the next best with the touchpad I need... but it also has ELAN drivers. 

My question is this: if you have a laptop with a Synaptics driver, what model is it? 

If I can find one with decent specs, you will literally be giving me back my independence.

The following Nitro5 AN517 series have either the Synaptics or Elantech hardware depending on the sub-model. Google search the six series shown below for sub-model numbers (for example AN517-42-75tu) that might be available in your location. Then we can check to see which touchpad the submodel has.
