HELP! How Fix Display Resolution Problem on Acer P166HQL? how to fix this half black screen?

So I bought a used Acer P166HQL monitor, I got a pretty cheap price. Before agreeing to buy the item, I checked first at the seller's place that there was a problem with this monitor and my laptop.

I did everything I could to try to fix the problem, until I finally fixed the monitor problem, and I agreed to buy the monitor.

When I got home, I tried the monitor again. The resolution is still good, it can still be 1360x768. The problem reappeared when I was tweaking the monitor, I pressed the button that ordered "Auto Config", and the monitor resolution had problems again. I'm confused, because this monitor was repaired in a random way hahaha.

So the thing is, how to fix this half black screen? is it because of the drivers? or what?

That is an Aspect Ratio These black bars appear on the side of your monitor due to an incorrect setting regarding the aspect ratio. As an example, an ultrawide monitor with an aspect ratio of 16:9 will provide an incorrect visual representation while accepting a signal with an aspect ratio of 4:3. The monitor supports 1366x768, not 1360x768. Was that just a typo? What video display adapter are you using? Basic Display Adapter only has certain resolutions supported...

Yes, typo. I use AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics. So, what i must supposed to do?

So that should handle the resolution correctly. It looks like you aren't using Extend to drive the display, inseatd you are in Duplicate. Try Extend and use different resolutions for the internal display and the external monitor. Choose the recommended resolution in both.

in that video i'm using extend, not duplicate. The problem is i cant use max resolution in this monitor (Acer P166HQL). I just can use a max resolution 1280x960, but im not using that resolution because is not comfortable for me, and then im better using 1280x800 resolution.

the recommended resolution is 1024x768, but im using 1280x800.

i think the problem is from my laptop, not the monitor. Maybe the AMD driver is the problem, but i already try to reinstalling the AMD driver, but still cant fix this problem.
