Sorry, no. The 45 is an AMD-based mainboard. The 54 is an Intel-based mainboard. The mainboard output ports are different so will not fit the case properly.

Just as additional advice and what you have to consider for a major upgrade like this as its not an impossible upgrade to do, but you need to be able to get all the parts as they are not cheap and available, especially the mobo with the AMD Ryzen™ 9 which is the "Mainboard AN515-45 AMD R95900H GN20-E7 8GB RGB - Acer part #: NB.QBS11.003" as that is the only board that is worth replacing and upgrading your AN515-54s mobo with.

Also, the LED LCD Panels are different unless your AN515-54 has the one common 144Hz the "LED LCD Panel LPL 15.6'W FHD None Glare LP156WFG-SPF3 LF 300nit 5ms GTG 800:1 (eDP,IPS,144Hz,OD 3ms GTG,narrow border,2.6t max) - Acer part number KL.15608.041" and if you don't have that LED LCD Panel then its advisable that you change the AN515-54 screens to the top of the range AN515-45 screen the 360Hz the "LED LCD Panel BOE 15.6'W FHD None Glare NE156FHM-Z23 LF 300nit 9ms 1000:1 (eDP,IPS,360Hz,OD 3ms GTG, narrow,2.6t max) - Acer part #: KL.1560E.030" then you need to check the eDP cables if they will fit, as all these things are allot of parts that are expensive and its a very big job to do, its not impossible but is it financially worth it? So that is what you have to consider as you would be much better off selling your AN515-54 and buying the AMD Ryzen 9 AN515-45 laptop if you can get it.
