Acer Nitro 5 Sound being a bad boy

sooo i have had this ACERR Nitro 5 for a year and some change now and this problem didn't start till i got back from deployment basically my audio took a **** and in the bottom right shows the speaker with the X on it and says i have no audio input or out right so tried a bunch of stuff update/uninstall/reinstall drivers and i went as far as to factory reset the Laptop and when i did so it "fixed" it and was working. until again a day later took a ****. Herse the real kicker yeah i hookup my Bluetooth headphones they work JUST fine so if someone has some idea of what's going on much would be appreciated

Just check whether the laptop speakers are in mute. To unmutes press the button on the keyboard which has the speaker icon.
