Nitro 5 N20C1 never ending fan noise can you please help to trouble shoot this issue

hello

i bought a nitro 5 n20c1 a couple of months ago and from day one its fan never stops being noisey. i found that this is a common issue with this laptop. can you please help to trouble shoot this issue before i though it out the window.

If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.   Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.  On the new page - scroll down - click on "contact support". Scroll down. You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept. 

If it is out of warranty, please contact local store or

Additional info to contact Acer Store: Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.  You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories. Alternatively, on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.  For the parts which are not available on Acer store, you have to contact local store.

The Nitro 5 AN515-55 N20C1 should not be having and/or its fans doing that, have you ever opened the back cover as and if you did, then there must be a wire that is touching one of the fans or one of the wires inside has come lose or wasn't secure properly by Acer at assembly and its touching the fan.

You need to either send your laptop to Acer as this laptop is under warranty and this sort of a problem is covered under warranty, or and if you have experience in opening laptops properly and being patient without damaging them or scratching any parts😀then open the laptop yourself, as the Nitro 5 only needs its back cover screws unscrewed and then the back cover can be pulled open and unclipped very easily, as I've got an AN515-56 and I've opened the back cove many times. After you have opened the back cover, you need to see if there is anything that is interfering with the fans or if the fans are faulty and need replacing which and then you should close the back cover and send your laptop to Acer as they will fix this under warranty.
