Just received a new update on my Nitro 5 and now the nitrosense is not working.

When I click on nitrosense or windows update in the bottom right corner, it states the app is not working and to check the store for more info but that doesnt work either. Everything worked fine until I did an update on the 27th. Any ideas?

    Try windows + r - on run type appwiz.cpl

    It will show you the list of programs

    uninstall nitrosense


    Go to support.acer.com 

    chose your country 

    type snid or chose your model 

    go to drivers - application 

    Download and install the quick access and nitrosense


    It will work fine....


    If it is still not working..


    Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue.. 


    Try windows x

    click on power shell admin or command prompt admin 

    type rstrui

    chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine  

    click on next, finish, yes

    It will restore your computer to an earlier date 

    if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close 

    It will show you all the icons..

    Try and check whether it is working now ..

    Some of the changes Microsoft did for 22H2 seems to have affected various versions of NitroSense and PredatorSense. I expect Acer is on it and will do another update...
