Predator Helios 300 PH315-51-78NP - Bluetooth Headsets Dropping Mic After 5-10mins?

Hi everyone. I have been having an issue with Bluetooth headsets disconnecting the mic portion after about 5-10 minutes every time. I still get audio and everything shows connected, but if I'm in Discord or Zoom I get the "the microphone isn't picking up sound" thing that pops up. Also went into the sound settings on windows and even that isn't showing when I speak. I don't walk away or out of range and it will do it even if I'm mid-sentence. I thought it was just my headset, but I've been using a different one over the holidays since I'm visiting family and it does the same thing. Completely different brand and style of headset (one is an over-ear JBL headset and the other is a bone-conduction headset by the brand Shokz), but still Bluetooth and the same exact issue. I've made sure all drivers are up-to-date and even came on here to re-install just in case. I've tried multiple settings and nothing changes. Does anyone have any clue what's wrong?

In case it's needed, it's a PH315-51-78NP. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope you had a great Holiday season!

Has the BT driver been updated with any new Intel drivers by windows update? As allot of the BT new Intel drivers are buggy and some don't even work, I'm experiencing this since my AN515-56 laptop was new, that only works with the Acer provided oem BT driver and no update works. The PH315-51 has an Intel 9560 Wi-Fi /BT card, go into Device Manager >BT driver >Properties >Driver Update Driver >Browse my computer for drivers >Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer and rollback the BT driver to a previous driver and see if it works better, if not then only use the PH315-51s oem Acer driver the version 20.30.0.3 as that should work, if that doesn't work then its you Wi-Fi/BT card that needs changing as its faulty.

Also its best to install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant as this official Intel software updates all the Intel drivers to the appropriate drivers for your laptop, then and if this software updates the BT see if it works better with a new driver and fixes your problems, Let us know how you go.
