Aspire A515-55 What does it mean if my keyboard lights up and my screen won’t turn on?

I bought my Aspire A515-55 in June 2021, and today I plugged it up and it won’t turn on. I have tried resetting it multiple times, but nothing is working. It says it’s charging, but the screen stays black. Please help!

Unplug the charger than press and hold the power button until all the lights go off. Than look at the back of the laptop, you can find a small pin hold. Put a needle inside it and press and hold it for 30 seconds. than turn on the laptop.

Make sure when you press and hold the needle inside the pin hole you will hear a click sound, since there a button inside the pin hole.
