Try windows + x

disk management

It will show you multiple partitions

right click on unallocated space - create new simple volume - It will ask you to create a drive

You can even format it

Please dont try to do anything with the existing c drive as it is already having the operating system on it

My guess is they have your 1TB drive partitioned into the system partition and a data partition. Disk Management will show you if that's the case. We'd have to know the full model number to make any other guesses, since there are many different PO configurations. The full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number and looks something like PO#-###-####.
