Nitro 5 AN515-57 Laptop jumping between nvidia dedicated graphics card and intel integrated graphics

Hey! I have a Nitro 5 AN515-57 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900H @ 2.50GHz  2.50 GHz, RTX3060, and 16gb RAM.

While playing games with the fans set to auto (even with coolboost), the laptop will switch to integrated graphics at less than 75 degrees Celcius; and will switch back to the RTX3060 after a few minutes when it reaches 50-55 degrees (Laptop is plugged in at all times while gaming). This however does not happen at all when the fans are set to max with nitrosense. Obviously, I don't want to be running the fans on max everytime I want to play any game because, well they're loud. I've had the computer for about 3 weeks, and it only started doing it at the start of this 3rd week.

Would anyone have happened to have this issue before? If so what was your solution? Otherwise any help or advice is welcome!

The 3060 should be OK as long as it stays below about 85*C. If you haven't done so already, update NitroSense, AcerCareCenter, & QuickAccess at this link. You can also try temporarily disabling the Intel GPU in Device Manager.

Try to use the cool pad and check whether it makes the difference. It will really reduce the temp and it will help you to run the computer. without setting the fan to max.
