hello, I have an aspire one model NAV50/532h, its wifi is not working properly, I already installed all the drivers, everything is fine, but when I connect to a network, it stays connected for a few seconds (usually less than a minute) and disconnects (the network I was connected to disappears, there are only other nearby networks), after disconnecting, a few more seconds pass and it does not find any network, even restarting it does not work, I have already disabled the option to turn off the device to save energy and yet it happens. does anyone know how to resolve? (BIOS v1.15). Thank u

Try to uninstall the wifi driver on your laptop by going to Device manager and restart the unit.

Check the below picture about how to do it.

Check out for your wifi driver under network adapter and uninstall it and than restart the laptop

    Try windows x

    go to device manager

    expand network adapter

Right click on wifi adapter - uninstall

    restart the computer.

If it is still not working properly

    Go to website - support.acer.com

    chose your country

type the snid or chose the model no

    go to drivers

    Install the wireless driver

Before installing the wireless driver go to device manager - uninstall the wireless driver.  Without restarting the computer - try to install the wireless driver from acer support website.

@William_mk2 and @Jack22 I already uninstalled, restarted, installed again, nothing works, all the drivers I installed were downloaded from the official acer website
