Acer Nitro 5 Laptop won't turn on despite having charged battery how can i fix this?

so i've been having a problem with my laptop. it has the battery indicator light switching from blue to orange repeatedly. the indicator next to it wont turn on, i tried doing long hold presses, short presses, unplugging and plugging back the charger multiple times. yet it wont turn on. how can i fix this?

fyi it doesnt have a pinhole in the bottom of the laptop.

    Power off the machine and disconnect everything from the machine. Press the on/off switch continuously for 20 s. Release the button and wait for 15-30 minutes. Reconnect the laptop to the power supply and wait for the full battery indication (blue) light. Then turn it on normally.

    The charger is working properly?

    Is your machine under warranty?

    What is the exact model name? Example AN515-54-55UY.

    I suspect a hardware problem (motherboard, battery). Possible that the ribbon cable from the mainboard to the keyboard inside the notebook partially "slipped" out of the connection clip. To check this, you would have to open the machine.

    yes, im sure the charger is working fine. i got this laptop last christmas so yea it might still be in warranty
