Acer CB273U (CB273UBEMIPRUZX) black PD90W - screen flickering when connected via USB-C

Hi,

I have bought an Acer 27 inch monitor CB273UBEMIPRUZX with built in USB-C hub with PD90W. The first one has a problem with bad pixels and screen flickering when screen brightness was set to low value eg 20-50. I have exchange the bad model to new one and the new one does not have any bad pixels but the problem with flickering screen still exists. I thoutgh that maybe something is wrong with my new dell laptop I have updated all drivers but the problem remain unsolved. I have connected then monitor to different laptop (this time to HP) but still the same problem with flickering screen so I have unpluged USB-C and try with just a HDMI cable and wow now the screen is perfect zero flickering or any other problems. And now I have a question does anyone has similar problem? I have ordered two new good USB-C cables and will see if this will resolve the problem but I'm afraid that something is wrong with built in USB-C hub in this monitor. But to eliminate broken USB-C cable I will check with the brand new one.

Did you install the monitor Windows drivers & monitor widget app from this ACER download site on both the new Dell and HP? You can also download the manual if you didn't get one.
