XV322QK KV What happens to pre-tuned color calibration if you reset all setting on the monitor menu?

I just got a XV322QK KV monitor pre-tuned sRGB from the Acer factory. It came with a Color Calibration Testing Report. I was messing with the setting using the awkward buttons. Accidentally pressed the wrong button and reset all setting. Will this also mess with any calibration done. No idea how calibration works or how to access it.

Is there any way to check or download the calibration setting from the pre-tune report?

Usually not since it's manually adjusted from default. A reset will simply re-load the default which is suitable for most folks unless you're a serious or professional photographer or a seriously fussy gamer who want accurate color rendition so the image hues, shades, brightness, gamut and other properties etc appear identical in a side-by-side comparison of two or more pre-tuned screens.. Theoretically, two or more pre-tuned screens should appear pretty close in a side by side comparison right out of the box. Practically however you often wind up having to do your own adjustment anyway if you're super fussy. Here's a pretty good article on manually adjusting the defaults from the pre-tune report if the default setting looks bad to you. https://www.findingtheuniverse.com/monitor-calibration/
