This is Acer Predator Helios 300 Series, Model No. N1813. One of the units was started and checked; then it was shut down. The next day, tried to start it. But it is not coming ON. Name Plate of this unit shows the following:

Model No. N1813

The other nameplate shows following: -

PH-317-54-750W; MFG Date: 2020/08/12

S/N: NHQ9WSG003XXXXXXX

SN/D: XXXXX.

Pleas3 advise how to resolve the problem. Kindly treat it as urgent.

Hi,

Remove the AC adapter, press Power button for 12Seconds, leave the laptop to rest for 20Minutes, reconnect AC adapter, what colour lights on the Power indicator?

Please remove the SN number and SNID number from your post, they are unique to your system and shouldn't post in public.
