Shut down Windows normally. Wait a minute or so. Then turn on machine and IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. Does a recovery menu appear?

There could be several reasons for the issues you are experiencing with your dedicated GPU. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check for any updates for your GPU drivers and install them if available. Outdated drivers can cause issues with hardware performance.
- Check your GPU temperature to ensure it is not overheating. If the temperature gets too high, it can cause issues such as glitching and artifacting.
- Check for any loose connections in your laptop, particularly around the GPU. Make sure all connectors are secure and tightened.
- Run a memory test to check for any issues with your RAM.
- Check for any problems with your power supply. An insufficient power supply can cause issues with your GPU performance.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a problem with your GPU itself. In this case, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or consider replacing the GPU.

- Was wifi disabled when you reset?
- Was System Protection enabled in Control Panel restore point app?
- Does Device Manager show any red or yellow warnings when you first open it?
