NO CMOS BATTERY IS MISSING IN ACER NITRO AN515-45

I am having acer nitro 5 AN515-45 model. Due to some power technical issue in my laptop its backpanel was opened and it is found that CMOS battery is missing.So I wanted to clarify whether that CMOS is not required in my laptop model or it has inbuilt CMOS on motherboard ?As you know CMOS is required during booting and I face issues in booting my laptop sometimes. It does start without power adaptor sometimes.Attaching photo for reference.In red circle you can see no CMOS wire battery is there.

You can run without the CMOS cell. But you will occasionally have to enter BIOS menu to refresh its memory if the machine hasn't been used in a while or battery pack is low. It's better to replace it. They are very cheap. Google keywords 'cmos' 'cr2032' for vendors who ship to your location.
