About Acer Nitro 5 2022 RTX 3060 specs AN515-58-79YK

Hello. I am considering buying a 2022 Nitro 5 with RTX 3060 and i7 12700h. I have some questions. Is the RTX 3060 used in this model (the seller says it is the AN515-58-79YK model) a Max-Q variant? In the specifications of some 2022 Nitro 5 models shown in official Acer site (for example https://www.acer.com/us-en/laptops/nitro/nitro-5/pdp/NH.QFMAA.002) it says that maximum boost clock for its RTX 3060 is 1525 mhz. The maximum boost clock of some 2022 gaming laptops with RTX 3060 is above 1700 mhz (TUF A15 for example). Does this mean the RTX 3060 in 2022 Nitro 5 uses less power than the others I mentioned? Or maybe a different variant of RTX 3060?
