Hello. I recently purchased the Predator P05-640. I have installed two 3.5" HDD on the internal cage. However the manual says it also has two 2.5" HDD slots on the right side of the computer. This is shown on page 11. What do I need to screw the 2.5 drives on there?

The brackets are already installed to the side plate, you can see the screws holding them in on the right side of the plate in your picture. Just remove them and screw the drives to the plates. 2.5" drives use M3x3mm screws usually, I assume the plates aren't much, if any, thicker than standard, so they should work just fine to mount the drives to the plates. If you have a hard time finding M3x3mm just use M3x5mm instead.

There is no listed part numbers for a mounting bracket and/or cables for a 2.5" mechanical or an ssd drive for the PO5-640, there is only this which is a cage for the 3.5" HDDs, which is the one shown for the 3.5" at the bottom of the case.

Those side 4x screw holes and space looks very similar to the below bracket, as similar types of brackets are easily available online, You would be better off looking on eBay here "Metal 2.5 Inch To 3.5 Inch SSD HDD Adapter Rack Hard Drive SSD Mounting Bracket" which is the one below, but first measure the spaces and dimensions of the screw you have inside the case for what type of bracket that you need that can mount perfectly and secure a 2.5" drive into that space.as its also way cheaper to mount a 2.5" drive this way.

Haha thanks for confirming. I thought those were the brackets to use but couldn't make sense of how to mount the SSD on it. I looked at it for a minute longer today and now feel stupid 😅 drives are mounted nicely now. better than the painter's tape I had as a temporary solution.

Yeah, painter's tape is never a good choice, you are much better off with duct tape if you want them to actually stay. Painters tape gets friable as it ages. (Though so does duct tape, it just takes a lot longer.)
