I have tried multiple times to factory reset my laptop. It says there's not enough space to reset. Example:

Last night I deleted all the files I can think to and and the C drive had about 28GB available - Still enough space. Shut the computer off to come back to it today.

Turned it on today & there is no more space available on the C drive - It's filled back up again. Right now I have 1.25GB available. HOw does this happen???

I just want to reset the whole thing - How can I force a reset?

We are going to need a bit more info... What laptop do you have? How big is the drive on it? Which OS version is installed? 28GB free on a 500GB drive means there should be lots of room to clean up, 28GB free on a 32GB drive doesn't have much available. Likely the difference between night and day was it downloading updates again as soon as the space was available.
