How do i enable Sandbox for windows 11? Alteratively, what files are required for this?

Good day Team Acer. I just contacted windows support about a computer problem regarding sandbox mode. When I opened the optional Features menu, the option "windows sandbox" was not to be found. While chatting with Microsoft they managed to make it an option. However, there's an error message that shows. Microsoft support said that I should contact the PC manufacturer for further assistance, which in this situation is Acer. Is there any way you could fix this.

Did you shutdown Windows normally? Then turn it back on and try to run it again?

What computer do you have? Which Windows OS version and type do you have installed? Do you have virtualization enabled in the BIOS?

You need to have Windows Pro or Enterprise to use the sandbox feature. Windows Home licenses do not support it.
