Speakers are not working after clean install and updating all drivers

I did a clean install of Windows 10 from a USB on my predator laptop in attempts to resolve a BSOD issue that keeps reoccurring, and then updated all drivers using the software Driver Easy.

However, I now have a new problem. The speakers on my laptop are not working, but my headphones do work.

I tried a lot of things to resolve audio issue including:

1. Rolling back to a restore point
2. uninstalling High Definition Audio Device Driver and then restarting my laptop
3. Checking if the speakers are the default sound device in sound settings
4. Disabling enhancements
5. Trying all default formats for the speaker
6. Making sure the speakers are not muted in volume mixer

However, none of these work.

I would appreciate if anyone in this community can provide suggestions.

I managed to resolve the issue by going to Acer's Support page and downloading the audio driver.
