Nitro 5 (AN515-55-53E5) - Black screen after sleeping Does anyone know how to fix this

In May 2022, I bought a Nitro 5 (AN515-55-53E5). It worked fine for several months, and then I turned it on and the screen wouldn't come on. I looked online and tried resetting the memory and restarting the laptop. The only thing that works (for now) is to let the battery go dead. When I reattach the charger, wait a few minutes, and turn it on, it works. It happened once a few months ago. I let the battery drain and then it didn't happen again until Wednesday of this week. I let the battery drain, plugged it in, let it charge for a bit, turned it on and it worked. It happened again yesterday. Again, I let the battery drain, plugged it in, charged it, and it's working again. Does anyone know how to fix this for good?

Try this instead of letting the battery drain. Simply press & hold the power button for about 15 seconds. Wait a minute or so. Then short press the power button again.
