Hello i have an acer predator orion 3000 po3-620 and its been making ticking noises for like 4+ months now it wasnt that loud when it started but now its so loud i can hear it with no problem when i am near the pc and i also randomly hear some noise coming from psu that sounds like tzzzzz or something like that. So should i be worried or is that normal or should i do something and it cant be the fan bcs when the pc is off (but like still pluged into the wall) i hear the ticking noise and if i place my hand under the psu i dont feel any air getting sucked it

Might be normal AC mains 50-60Hz PSU high-pitched coil vibrations that are probably being megaphoned by loose case screws affixing the PSU. Probably will slowly get louder as the screws continue to back out. First try gently snugging up all the accessible external screws to see if that lessens the volume.
