Hello to everyone. I recently bought new Acer Predator XB273U NV 27” monitor. After 3 days of using it I have a problem with RGB aplication. When I want to open the aplication to configure lighting It says “No supported deivce” I tryed everything I can do: HDMi, DP ports, USB cable, Monitor drivers, reinstaling aplication, every option on/off in OSD and It just wont apear that I have monitor in RGB Lighting sens. Does anyone have any solution as I could not finde anything on forums ? I dont want to return Monitor and ask refund but It seems I will must do that.
Thanks

FAQ & Answers
What is the PC that you are connecting this monitor to? Also have you tried this monitor on another PC? As the problems that you are having could be from a faulty monitor main board or the LVDS/FFC cable or panel or the monitor's keyboard. These are all technical issues and should not be happening with a new monitor and you should return this monitor to Acer for them to either fix this issue or replace the monitor with a new one.
My PC is RTX 2060, i5-10400F, 32 GB RAM DDR4 and B460 MB if you are asking for spec. I did not try on another PC as I dont have another one. I will return it tomorow as you said becouse I dont have any solutions
