    1. If a laptop, Press and hold power button for 5 seconds or until the machine shuts off.
    2. Unplug charger.
    3. Gently insert and press a paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom for 60seconds
    4. Plug charger back in.
    5. Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue.
    6. Then turn laptop on again.
