SpatialLabs TrueGame crashes with error code. How do I resolve this?

Using SpatialLabs View DS1 display paired with Predator Orion 3000 [ PO3-640-UR12 ] and the SpatialLabs TrueGame application throws an error code when it first launches.

"SpatialLabs device not detected. Please make sure that your SpatialLabs device is connected properly and try again. Error code: 8"

Display is connected to the desktop. HDMI to the HDMI of the graphics card ... USB has been connected to ALL the USB ports on the desktop. I receive this error each time.

    @PredatorDemoZ

I understand you are getting "SpatialLabs TrueGame application throws an error code when it first launches.

"SpatialLabs device not detected. Please make sure that your SpatialLabs device is connected properly and try again. Error code: 8"

Are you connecting and using it for the first time. Have it worked before ? Are you settting it up for the first time?

Please unplug all the devices, plug it back and check.

Try windows + x device manager

    expand usb

    remove all the usb entries

    Restart the computer and check

If it is still not working.

Turn off the computer. Unplug all the devices and cable. Press and hold the power button for 1 min

Plug all the cables and devices back.

Turn on the computer and check.

The last step we can try is to reinstall the SpatialLabs TrueGame application and check.

    Hi there William-MRK,

I appreciate your response and suggestions.

Sadly, these efforts did not resolve the issue.
