- Unplug video cable to PC. LED may turn from blue to orange.
- Press and hold button on backside of monitor for 5 seconds or till LED turns off.
- Unplug monitor AC mains cable.
- Then press and hold backside button again for 60 seconds.
- Then plug AC mains cable back in.
- Then try to turn the monitor on. Does an Acer logo appear?
My monitor shows a blue light, but no video in Acer ED323QU monitor
My monitor model is a Acer ED323QU monitor, 1440p 165hz. It has this problem where one day it works then the next it doesn't display video. I've reset my CMOS in my PC, tried a seperate adapter, tried HDMI, tried connecting a different system, plugged it in a seperate outlet, but all to no avail. It seems like it just does not want to work

I found the main reason it wasn't functioning. The main issue was the power cable that came with it. It got fried and wasn't functioning properly. I used another cable and it worked, so I resolved this issue. But thank you for your message

thank you. Barely had monitor for 8 days and this happened right away. Was able to fix but the today same problem again. Swapped the power cords and started right up. Saved me the trouble of being monitor less for weeks 🙌🍀🙏
