Hello,

I have an Acer Swift 3 SF314-51-52W2. I have tried with 3 different USB-C chargers to charge this laptop using this system, and none seem to work.

I just purchased the official Acer charger found here:

https://store.acer.com/en-us/ak-045ap-080

It still does not charge. I was reading that my laptop has the ability to use USB-C charging, but are there any chargers that actually work? If so, can you recommend one that will definitively work?

Thanks,

Brian

    You need a charger with the following specifications: 20 V 2.25 A 45 W

Is it possible that your USB port is broken?

My USB port is not broken as I use it for my USB drive regularly. In fact, I tested it out today and made sure it works fine. It does.

The power cable I received from the Acer store is 45W, 20V, 2.25A. It does not charge. At all. I've tried 3 of these in fact, and none charge. I only can charge on my AC cord.

Then I suspect an electronic problem with the USB charging function. Have it checked by a specialist.
