Hi, i just purchased this laptop (Nitro 5 AN515-58-72ND) through a Shopee (Malaysia) Mall seller.

The purchased date is: 11-11-2022,

and my received date is: 17-11-2022

Once i receive i go check the warranty status by enter serial number as in product,

The warranty date shows as below pic:

Serial No: NHQFMSM001XXXX

The warranty date already started few months before the date of purchase.

May i know is this normal? or this seller is selling a second hand product?

And could you please help to check is this item (serial No. as above) still eligible for the Touch & Go RM500 voucher redemption?

Thanks and regards

    Hi jiakcurry,

I am very sorry to hear this, unfortunately, the Acer Community is not a direct portal to Customer service, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users. Many Acer employees (Moderators), read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members when appropriate, primarily we want the community to be a place where members can exchange their own advice and ideas.

Only your local support services can help you with this, the community is not an escalation channel, unfortunately.

Note: This thread will be now closed.

Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you.

    Regards,

    Acer-Samuel
