one of th the monitor stopped working and my tests have determined that it could be a motherboard related failure.

I was looking for drivers but couldn't find any

The Acer OEM monitors don't have specific drivers unless its a monitor that need a specialist driver. Also if your monitors mobo is faulty 9.9 out of 10 times its not worth fixing a monitor as its cost would far outweigh the cost of a new monitor, so consider that unless you have a replacement and working exact mobo to make your monitor work.

    a motherboard related failure

the monitors are fine, I have 2 PCs on a dual monitor KVM and now the Acer computer/TC-1750 is only recognizing 1 monitor on the Acer TC-1750. I've switched cables and confirmed that the cables are good the monitors are good it's the TC-1750 motherboard that I finally found and updated video drivers but still only 1 monitor is recognized by the Acer TC-1750.

I hope I've described the issue properly 😎

You explained it properly now, as before you didn't give all the details. Anyway, is your TC-1750 oem or have you added a gpu card also to it? If its oem then its one of the 2x HDMI ports, also remember that these ports are different HDMI versions, the first and top port called HDMI Port1 is a (2.0b) and the second port called HDMI Port2 is a (1.4b) which could be faulty. Try to use a HDMI hub and also reset the bios and see if that helps.

Are you using the two HDMI ports on the back? Does one monitor work on either port and the two don't, or is one port not working with either monitor?

I've tested both cables and monitors by switching cables

PC to KVM switched all 4 cables

KVM to Monitor switched both cables

cables and monitors have all tested "Good and working"

one port on the MB isn't working 😎

"Systems/display/multiple/display/detect monitor."Click on the Start button to open the Settings window. Under the System menu and in the Display tab, find and press the Detect button under the heading Multiple Displays. Windows 10 should automatically detect and other monitor or display on your device.

I don't think that Windows will detect it, unless you do this.

Also try the jumper to reset the bios if that doesn't work then RUN "recovery" or hold the SHIFT key while restarting and go to Safe Mode and do a reset .

OK, which port doesn't work, the one next to the USBs or the one away from them? One of them is HDMI 2.0, the other HDMI 1.4.
