Hello, when I was watching Youtube on my laptop today, I plugged in the charging cable so that it is charged for later. When the laptop was charged, I unplugged the charging cable, but a black screen was immediately visible. I saw that many other people had the same problem with a different model. I've tried everything, but to no avail. I hope one of you can help me.

Additional information: If the charging cable is plugged in, it can boot, but it is displayed all the time that the battery has only 26℅ and is not charging but only plugged in. The laptop runs on Windows 11

    Hi @Weyo

Looks like you have a dead battery. Get a new battery ($50) exactly the same model and Acer part number as the one that came with your laptop.
