Acer po3 - 640 Tried a reinstall windows 11 said it was unable to reinstall windows

hope you guys could help I have been trying to download windows KB5019961 with no luck tried everything on net that I can find.

I have Windows installed but I am unable to download and install the above. Even tried stand alone but no joy says its installing but stops with unable to install.

Tried a reinstall windows 11 said it was unable to reinstall windows your machine was put back to original config.

I have a Samsung 980 pro thought this was the problem but others say it works fine in the acer desktop

Is it my machine or windows

Installed on ‎16/‎06/‎2022

Any suggestions would be great to try

What do you mean by re-install Win11?

Was it a re-install of the original factory-installed Acer OEM Win11 version from its hidden OEM Win11 reset partition?

Or a generic Win11 version using Microsoft's media creation tool?

Or perhaps was the machine originally an Acer factory installed OEM Win10 version that was compromised on June 16th by clicking on the Microsoft Win11 upgrade flashing billboard hype on the update screen that your machine is ready to run Win11?

HI I just bought the machine a week ago from currys. IT came with windows 11 already installed the machine came with toshiba 1tb SSD I had a samsung 980 pro so cloned the toshiba drive to my samsung.

I tried a windows copy from microsoft using the media tool I ran windows from the exe says it getting things ready I kept my files and office app updates looks like it installing at the end says was unable to install.
