Hello boys, my monitor Acer RG241Y FHD , when i put on 144hz lines on top , and when i put 165hz half of screen turn black

first picture on 144hz e second picture on 165hz half black screen

and a OBS fact when i put 144hz , and on that line is in a white picture, dont appears any line, just when have a color in that line

i change cable , put other hdmi, other displayport and nothing change
