Your A515-55G laptop is under Acer 12 months warranty. If the laptop is overheating don't open it and/or try to fix this yourself, as you will damage the laptop and void the warranty. Contact Acer in your area and get Acer technicians to fix the overheating problems.

When living in a big city near an Acer Service point I agree but when located remotely like me I disagree with the 'do not open laptop' policy by Acer. How to change the battery, clean the fan unit or upgrade memory and HDD/SSD without opening the laptop? Users learned a lot by DIY and it is so rewarding to fix a simple laptop problem and see the results of your work. Most spare parts can be ordered online and help (YouTube) for popular Acer laptop models like a5i5 is online available.

I attach a picture of the inside of your laptop; remove screws A+B to see C (dust trap), Remove plug D (under the magic tape) with your nails and lift out the fan unit to clean the dust trap (inlet/filter Heat Sink). Blow out the metal filter/grate with a PC ball blower. If you fan motor still makes noises (high pitch) you may have a worn out bearing, replace the fan unit (very cheap).

Other causes for overheating are: the M2 memory stick that gets very hot, better get a 2.5" SATA HDD or EVO SSD instead of your small M2 or install a Heat Sink under/over the M2 SSD. Playing games with the NVida MX350 GPU board generates also a lot of heat.😊
