Hello, I tried using the Acer Canada support form but it’s not working properly for me. When I turn on my Acer Swift laptop I get the error code 0xc0000185. Two technicians have taken a look at the laptop. They both tried repairing/reinstalling Windows multiple times using USB drives, with no success. One of the technicians tried replacing the SSD, but still got the same error. We suspect there is a problem with the motherboard, or the processor, or somewhere else. It was suggested to me that I contact Acer. Does anyone have experience with this sort of problem? The laptop is 4 years old and out of warranty. Is this the sort of thing that Acer themselves could fix, if indeed a hardware component other than the SSD is faulty? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
