GPU Fan needs replacement laptop PH317-54

My laptop is PH317-54 I need a GPU fan replacement, as blowing it out and brushing it with a toothbrush hasn't solved it's problems running slow and loud. It does not spin freely when manually moved while off, e.g. when moving the fan when you let go it should come to a stop gradually, not immediately. I'd rather not have to take it all the way apart again just to find out the specs on the fan if I don't have to. Is there somewhere I can look this up?

I understand that you have GPU fan issue in your laptop.

There could also be something wrong with your GPU fan bearing and/or its on the preliminary stage of its bearings going out, keep an eye on it as and if the systems temps are ok then it shouldn’t be of any concern to you unless it gets really bad and this fan ceases to function as that is when things could get critical but not dangerous as this laptop will switch itself off when temps get above 100˚C.
