Acer Swift SF314-54-52FB stuck on loading screen; will not allow me to reset PC

Hi there,

(sorry for the username lol I got frustrated trying to find one that wasn't taken)

My Acer Swift 3 was left for a couple years without use, and now when I try to turn it on it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have already tried the battery reset and BIOS reset mentioned on other threads, and that didn't work. Also, it won't let me reset the PC on the troubleshooting page, or uninstall anything, etc. It seems like every troubleshooting option is blocked somehow.

Please advise me, and thanks!

BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO is the code it spits out when it tries to restart and doesn't just get stuck on the Preparing Automatic Repair screen

Try this. Press and hold power button till system shuts off. About 5-10 seconds. Then turn it back on and IMMEDIATELY press and hold ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A reset menu should appear to allow resetting machine to factory fresh state or reset to try to save your personal files.

If that doesn't work the issue could be a failed drive. Go into the BIOS and verify the F12 Boot Menu is enabled, then try booting from a Windows install flash drive. From the second screen use the Repair option to get a command prompt, the diskpart to see what it thinks it has for a disk and partitions.
