Acer,
Recently I purchased two B247W monitors for a triple monitor setup (2 external monitors, and the main (laptop) monitor). The monitors worked well when I received them, but today (10/26/2022) I locked the system (Windows Key + L) and when I returned and logged into the system one monitor worked and the other displays a test pattern, in a loop, repeatedly.
I have attempted to find a way to exit this apparent test mode, but there is nothing online explaining how to do so. ...and nothing in your forums. I have powered off the monitor (power button, power switch, and disconnected the power cable), but neither of those resets the monitor. I have reset the monitor to factory defaults (or I think I have, because there is no OSD of the menu), by following the process as evident by using the other monitor as a guide.
The question is: How do I reset the monitor to normal operating mode? If that is not possible, do I return the faulty monitor to you or to the retailer (NewEgg)?
Thank you,
