WAY CAN I NOT PUT A NEW HARD DRIVE ON THE TC-1660 AS THE ONE THAT CAME WITH IS CRASHED AND CAN NOT BOOT IN TO I

    You shouldn't have a problem replacing the drive if the original has failed. You have the M.2 slot for an NVMe SSD and three SATA port for drives. By far the best choice is to use the M.2 slot since it will be several times faster than a SATA drive.
