Drivers and graphics card new laptop aspire 7 (intel i5 12th gen 1240P / RTX 3050 / 8 gb Ram / windo

I bought a new laptop aspire 7 (intel i5 12th gen 1240P / RTX 3050 / 8 gb Ram / windows 10) i intially installed geforce expeirience to install latest gpu driver but a BSOD appears with stop code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR i tried a new clean instllation after using ddu but the BSOD still appears ,i tried old drivers it works for awhile with some games and 3d viewer but also the driver crashes after couple of days of good working and the BSOD appears again with gpu crashing ,but when i reboot the device it works again for couple of days and then the BSOD appears again ,it also gives crashes with epic games launcher specifically ,one time when the gpu was working good for 3days i was using VLC normally to see a lecture and then a BSOD of another stop code appears it was WIN32_ POWER somthing i cant remember , i need help please becuse the laptoo is new i want to know if its hardware issue or asoftware one to see if i will return the laoptop.
