REGARDING LAPTOP CHARGING

Can i use my laptop while plugging the charger all time, i have enabled the option to improve the battery life so only to charge my laptop only 80%.

please clarify this can i use or no and i have another doubt if i reinstall my windows where do i get my product key.

If you have set your laptop to charge only to 80%, it's fine. However, to maintain the health of the battery, it is also useful to regularly discharge and recharge the battery.

When you reinstall windows, your windows product key associated with your machine will be activated automatically.

Yes, you can use it when charging. I seldom take mine off the charger. The charging circuit design on newer laptops handles charge levels very well, so there is no issue with over charging like there used to be. Your Windows product key is stored in the BIOS, so a reinstall doesn't require typing it in like it did back in the Windows 7 days.
