Need new adaptor for Aspire laptop A515-54.

I don't know-can't figure out what size adaptor I need for my Aspire laptop A515-54.

ordered one from Amazon which I now have to return😕. I don't want to keep playing hit or miss with this.

I measured the internal orifice for the plug to be 3mm.

Please help, Thanks!

You can call the Acer support number than they might help you with the part number or the right specs for the adaptor than you can buy it.

If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.   Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.  On the new page - scroll down - click on "contact support". Scroll down. You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.  They will help you to get the right adapter which is compatible for your computer.

Additional info to contact Acer Store: Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.  You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories. Alternatively, on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store. They will help you to get the right adapter which is compatible for your computer.   For the parts which are not available on Acer store, you have to contact local store.
