Predator Helios 300 PH 717-72

This system has the ability to pick custom lighting for the keyboard. For the year I've had it, I've kept the lighting on cyan for the entire keyboard. Today, I noticed that several lights : F10, 0 (zero), O, K, < and Alt Gr..are all orange and not cyan any longer. I can't turn them blue at all actually...cyan or otherwise.

The rest of the keyboard lights are correct. I can't seem to fix the line of orange lighting. I've tried to change back to default settings. I've tried different lighting/patterns. It's still messed up, regardless of what I've tried.

Anyone have any clue what I can do to fix this issue?

Thanks, everyone...anyone who responds, I appreciate your help!

If you're absolutely sure it has this custom keyboard lighting ability for Win10 (not Win11), then it should be able to be changed with either the AcerQuickAccess or Predator Sense apps in the Windows start menu.
