Hello,

My Acer Nitro XV340CK recently stopped recognizing all display inputs and it can't display any image. When I try to submit a ticket for warrenty it gives me a page not found. How do I fill out a warranty request?

The full symptoms are:

I can see the backlight come on.

I can't access the menu.

When I plug in a display port cable or HDMI cable, it seems to switch over to the new input, but it still won't display anything.

A month ago, #1 the display port broke and I had to go to using the #2 port.

Best Regards,

Do you see the Acer splash screen when you first turn it on? As far as opening a ticket with Acer support, make sure you are on the correct site for your locale. The Acer US site won't know anything about models sold in the UK< for instance.

I do not see a splash screen when I turn the monitor on.

I'm using this page to fill out the warranty inquiry: https://service.acer.com/warranty/en/US

When I hit product support, I get this page: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support-product/8448?b=1&pn=MM.THQAA.001&sn=MMTHQAA001XXXX which gives me that 404 error.

Do you know how to find the right site?

Let me try to escalate to the moderators. They might be able to find out why you are getting the 404 error. Though it won't be until the work week obviously...
