Hi,

Go to Acer Support site, enter your laptop's model name, download from Applications section, extract the .zip folder, right click Setup.exe and click "Run as Admin".

Go to the Acer support page for your serial number and download the latest version to install it again. Download the installer and then run it.

Well this is interesting

My predator sense was playing up on my machine. its a 3 month old Predator PH317 56

I tried repair and it didn't work, then i tried reset. it told me the software would be uninstalled and to reinstall it. ive been to the ACER site, found the Predator Sense software and downloaded it to my machine. Unzipped the file and described and clicked setup. and it comes up, not supported

What do you suggest
