Hello, i have recently bought a Aspire V5 model and reset it installing windows from a USB drive. Everything work fine except the keyboard and mouse which are not responding. I have downloaded the drivers from the official Acer website and it worked except the buttons of the mousepad, so i deleted the drivers and install it again but now nor the keyboard and mousepad are working. I know its a driver problem, not phisical. - Any answers would be really appreciate it.

Do a battery reset and see whether the KB and the mouse is working.

Turn off the laptop and unplug the charger. Flip your laptop and see you can find a small pin hole with a battery symbol next to it. put a needle inside the hole and press and hold it for 30 second. Make sure when you press and hold the needle you will hear a click sound since there is a battery reset button inside the hole.
