A Registered Product is not showing in "My Products" ?

I don't see why it's impossible to contact Acer directly about this issue and why their Website is not an option in the Catagory for questions.

Register a Product

Serial# or SNID

This serial number is already registered. Check your number again or contact Acer Support for assistance.

    That sometimes happens with a product that a vendor had on the floor, an open box product or someone types the wrong SN in when they registered. Typically when you follow the contact Acer Support link they can fix it for you.

    Thank you, but can't find anything there to help.

    I'll just give up. Very disappointing as I've spent quite a bit of money with their products and quite like the product.

    Acer says on the website that they are launching a new site for assistance. I've the same problem about Snid and nobody answers me. Link contact acer support is always offline. This is awful and offensive.

    I understand you say "This serial number is already registered. A Registered Product is not showing in "My Products"


    You can also find the right serial no in the Bios.


    You can even get the right serial no from bios. Try f2 while turning on the computer. Go to info menu next to main menu . It will show you the system serial number.


    I understand you would like to register for warranty with the right serial no.   If you are not able to register using a particular browser , try to use an alternative browser and check..  Now check whether you can see it " My Products"


    If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.   Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.  On the new page - scroll down - click on "contact support". Scroll down. You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.  They will help you to register the warranty. They will help you to show the Registered product in "My Products"


    Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.  You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories. Alternatively, on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.  You can get more details about the warranty.

    Yeah, same here. I have tried resetting settings and clearing my cache for Chrome and Edge, my registerd products are not showing up. My guess is that they have their system offline and don't know what the heck they are doing. One thing I have learned with brands is to avoid Gigabyte - A firmware update bricked my monitor and I had to pay for the shipping to get it fixed. It was one day old and I performed the firmware update as instructed (I know what I am doing.). AND now I will avoid Acer. Their products seem to be a good bang for your buck but I want a company that at least can maintain their systems. These brands have been around for YEARS, it isn't some small third-party Chinese brand.
